MaxMin Concept
All the activities of MaxMin are based on MaxMin concept. MaxMin concept derives base from mathematical phenomenon of maxima and minima. Optimization is our specialization. Yet in a real world we have to work under some constraints. We work for possibilities by matching available resources with prevalent opportunities. Yes, our job is to offer you best possible solutions after analyzing various alternatives and making calculations. Constrained optimization is what MaxMin stands for.
MC is an approach that facilitates the thorough critical analysis of the problem and helps to make comparatively more rational decision among available alternatives. Further it takes non monetary factors into consideration and tries to quantify them as much as possible. Besides it keeps short term, medium term and long term in view while applying MC at analysis, planning and execution phases.
Next, it is based on rational self-interest. Our knowledge about the world is limited and imperfect. Unlike other approaches MC make room for unknown but inevitable future developments. Uncertainty is a very fact of life and some accident (both good & bad) are also facts. MC does not suggest absolute, rigid and any fool-proof model but helps the managers to manage effectively by capitalizing on unique opportunities. It is dynamic and keeps room for that uncertainty (favorable as well as unfavorable) and recommends various back up plan of actions for coping smoothly and swiftly to probable possibilities.
We are conservative in outlook but modern in approach. Truths are absolute but time is ever changing primarily due to change in technology. Therefore, acclimatizing with the new developments as a result of technological advancement asks for revising the business definition to make the necessary adjustments. This amalgamation of conservatism with modernity guarantees smooth sustainable success that we guarantee to our clients. |
